THE MISSION OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Human Resources proudly recognizes both the Franciscan heritage and the Catholic tradition which underlie the St. Francis College mission of achieving academic excellence, social responsibility, and mutual respect throughout the entire St. Francis College community.
In support of this mission, Human Resources will work closely with constituents of the College to provide a quality and supportive work environment with challenging career oppertunities and the necessary resources to enhance growth in order to attract, retain, and motivate a highly qualified and experienced staff. Compensation programs shall encourage employees to maximize their capabilities through personal growth and job development in order to foster a culture that is tram focused and rewards both individual and business success.
THE SERVICES OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Human Resources manages and administers recruitment, hiring, wage and salary processes, performance and compensation plans, employee recognition, employee benefits, training and development, the Datatel HR Information System, employment separation, legal compliance, and mediation of employment-related issues.
