The mission of St. Francis College affirms “mutual respect throughout the entire College community” to be a cornerstone established by both the Franciscan heritage and the Catholic tradition. The St. Francis College Code of Ethics and its Code of Conduct reflect the standards of ethics. Together, the Codes govern the activities of the College and bind every employee and representative of the College.

Because the standards support the ethical foundation of St. Francis College and violations of them seriously impair that foundation, faculty, administration, and staff are strongly encouraged to immediately report infringements of the ethical standards. To aid you in fulfilling this responsibility, the College has engaged EthicsPoint as an added resource for reporting suspected or actual violations. The EthicsPoint reporting system permits anonymous disclosure by the reporter and protects anonymity throughout the investigative process.

This site directly links to a web page hosted on EthicsPoint's secure servers and is not part of the St. Francis College web site or intranet. You may also call EthicsPoint's 24 hour/ 7 days per week toll-free number (866) 870 - 0631. This system is for employee use only. Students may not use the system.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS REPORTING SYSTEM:
Excluded from the EthicsPoint reporting system are complaints regarding sexual harassment, EEOC policy violations, or violent crimes for which the College may not proffer anonymity to those bringing the complaint. As you know from the mandatory training on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace, these violations are reportable to the St. Francis College Committee on Sexual Assault Prevention and Campus Security.

Also excluded from the EthicsPoint reporting system are any suspected unsafe environmental or workplace conditions. These matters should be reported directly to the College's Facilities Office for immediate attention.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
