We invite you to join us and moderator Errol T. Louis, host of the WWRL Morning Show - AM 1600 and New York Daily News columnist, for a robust discussion with health care experts about the effect of federal health insurance reform on small businesses.  Our panel participants include small business owners, Monique Greenwood, owner of Akwaaba Mansion and Teresa Kraemer, co-owner of Northside Bakery, and industry experts Rima Cohen, counselor to the secretary for health policy at U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; Troy Oechsner, deputy superintendent for health at the NYS Insurance Department; Leslie Moran, senior vice president at NY Health Plan Association; Patrick O'Keefe, vice president and general manager for the Downstate New York Market at Empire BlueCross BlueShield; and Larry Scot, senior partner at Skody Scot & Co., CPAs.

Topics to be addressed include:  

    * New health insurance tax credits available to small businesses in 2010
    * New health insurance reporting requirements for 2010
    * New state-level insurance exchanges expected to make shopping for health plans easier
    * Impact of new insurance mandates and taxes on premiums
    * New employer and individual mandates set to begin in 2014
