Through the Endowed Scholarship Program, St. Francis College continues its long history of providing scholarship aid to students who are in need and deserving of assistance in pursuing their dream of higher education.
Many of the 240 scholarships were created to honor or memorialize a favorite professor, a cherished friend, or a beloved spouse. All of the scholarships were created by individuals who strongly believe in St. Francis College’s commitment to its students. Through this Program, alumni, friends, and other members of the St. Francis College community are able to directly impact the lives of our students.
We recently asked our newly awarded scholarship students to share with us how receiving an endowed scholarship impacts their lives:
“I have the opportunity to save money for graduate school. Since I come from a low income family, this means a lot to me and my family.” The Jo Conway Scholar
“It proves that hard work can open doors and put me where I want to be in the future.” The Helen and Louis DeBlasio Scholar
“This is a relief for my mother. Being the person who can give her some kind of relief is priceless.” The Joseph Supancich ’26/Children Abuse Prevention Program Scholar
It is through our students’ testimonials that we are reminded of the value and importance of the Endowed Scholarship Program. If you would like to contribute to or create a scholarship, please contact the
