Just a few brownstone lined blocks from St. Francis College, the St. George Residence provides the ultimate student living experience in one of New York City's most desirable neighborhoods. The three interconnected buildings sit on the block that once housed the famed St. George Hotel. Our off-campus housing is just steps from great shopping and restaurants on Montague Street and a short walk to the Brooklyn Promenade, where views of the Manhattan skyline can be seen. But if you prefer to actually be in Manhattan, then a short subway ride will get you there!
All double and triple rooms are fully furnished with private bathrooms, high-speed internet, TV with DVD player and a refrigerator. Communal kitchens, lounges, a pool table, public computers and so much more make this a perfect living environment for all.
RATES:
Effective September 2009
Beginning late August through May, the standard double and triple housing rates, range from $1,264 to $1,531 per month or from $11,376 - $13,779 per nine-month term*.
