The Women’s Studies Minor is for students interested in looking at important social, political and cultural issues through the lens of gender. The minor brings together courses in English, History, Sociology, Psychology, Fine Arts, the Law and many more to offer a truly interdisciplinary understanding of the roles and contributions of women to society as well as how gender and sexuality function in our world. Faculty come from across the disciplines to teach an exciting array of courses. As an interdisciplinary minor, it offers a wonderful compliment to any major and can lead to exciting and meaningful careers.
