Parent Orientation

We understand that sometimes it may be difficult for a family to know what they can do to help their new college student. Although student records are confidential, the Office of Freshman Studies is happy to answer family questions about procedures, policies, and programs. We go the extra step to get you involved by working with the Office of Admissions to conduct a Student Placement/Parent Orientation reception in April. At that time, incoming students take their placement exams, while parents are given a chance to ask questions and learn about the various services provided by the College.
