Dr. Dilyard currently serves as the Chair of the Management Department and serves or has served on several standing and ad-hoc committees. He is a member of the Academy of International Business, the Academy of Management, the Eastern Economics Association, and the International Trade and Finance Association. His area of expertise is international capital flows, particularly involving developing and emerging markets, and he is a regular reviewer of papers for the Academy of Management and the Academy of International Business. He has published and presented numerous papers on this topic and has co-edited a book on global financial instability titled Globalization and Economic and Financial Instability published by Edward Elgar.  He is actively involved with the Columbia Program on International Investment in the creation and publication of lists that rank emerging market-based multinational enterprises according to the level of foreign assets owned by these companies.

Peter Gomori, Professor

Dr. Gomori has been a faculty member of St. Francis College for more than 24 years teaching various courses in Finance. Besides Principles of Finance, he also has taught Advanced Finance, Personal Finance, Managerial Finance, Security Analysis, Portfolio Management, Introduction to Financial Derivatives, International Finance and Financial Institutions. Dr. Gomori is a member of several Academic organizations, a reviewer of the Journal of the Academy for Business Education and the Financial Education Journal. He is active as a financial consultant, primarily for non-profit organizations.

Vincent Lee, Assistant Professor

Prior to joining the faculty at St. Francis, Dr. Lee was Director of Industry and Competitive Assessment for the Verizon Corporation, where he worked on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions. He trained as an industrial statistician in the Bell System, and his career in the telecommunications industry focused on the application of quantitative, statistical, and computer methods to create successful solutions to business problems. At St Francis, he teaches the various statistics and quantitative methods courses that are part of the Operations Research sequence. He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences, as well as the Society for Industrial Archeology. He studies the historical relationships between the railroad and maritime industries in New York harbor.

Jean Ende, Special Lecturer

Professor Ende has extensive professional experience in both large and small businesses and is a former Vice President in Citibank's New York Retail Banking Division. She also served as Director of Consumer information in the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs under Mayors John Lindsay and Abe Beame, provided public relations assistance to several candidates in municipal elections and headed a marketing consulting firm which specialized in small private and non-profit organizations. Currently Professor Ende is a regular contributor to Crain's New York Business, she has written for Working Woman Magazine and daily newspapers in New Jersey and Westchester and is the co-author of Buy It Right, An Introduction to Consumerism, published by EP Dutton. Professor Ende joined St. Francis full-time in 2001.
