Prior to joining St. Francis College in 2009, Professor Lombardo spent the previous twelve years teaching at Wagner College. Having started his career in public accounting, working for Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse, Professor Lombardo currently operates his own consulting practice providing financial services to affluent individuals, and high net worth families. In addition to his responsibilities as a member of the Accounting and Business Law Department, he also owns and operates his own income tax practice. Professor Lombardo has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1989.

Dr. Salholz lived in Paris for 13 years and served as Senior International Counsel to TOTAL, the French multinational. She practiced law in New York and trained in the Commission of the European Communities. Prior to joining the faculty of St. Francis College, Dr. Salholz was full-time Associate Professor of Law at University of Houston Law Center, Visiting Associate Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law and Fulbright Junior Professor at Université de Paris. She also taught at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Institut du Droit Comparé, and Schiller International University, Paris, France. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law. Dr. Salholz was elected to the Order of the Coif and is an Honorary Vice President of the Young Lawyers International Association. She has been a frequent lecturer in Francophone Africa on U.S. constitutional and business law topics for the United States Information Agency.

Professor Wu began teaching courses in Accounting and Business Law at St. Francis College in 2010. Prior to this, he taught courses in the Department of Business at Monroe College since 2005. From 2001, Professor Wu has held positions in business with Ernst & Young, Columbia University Medical Center, and Deutsche Bank. In addition to his business experience, Professor Wu was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 2011. His legal experience includes positions with the Immigration Division of the US Department of Homeland Security and the US State Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
