Career Highlights
Before striking out on his own with The Coach’s Zone, Ruisi worked for more than 30 years in the Life Insurance industry. He began his career at USLIFE, holding numerous executive positions, including President, COO, and member of the Board of Directors. After the company was acquired by American General, an initiative he championed, Ruisi was named President, CEO and Board of Directors Member of The United States Life Group Insurance Co. & American General Life Insurance Co. of New York and Pennsylvania.
Business Objectives
Ruisi’s work at The Coach's Zone, focuses on helping small to mid-size companies assess their business model, develop new strategies, and help owners enhance operations and meet growth targets. He also works as an executive coach for larger corporations to help them strengthen organizational leadership, devise corporate strategies and meet the unique challenges that corporations face.
